2. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Government fees
- Embassy or visa processing fees
- Bank transfer charges
- Currency conversion charges
- Third-party service charges
- Administrative costs already incurred
- Completed consultation or processing services
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may only be considered in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate payment made in error

- Candidate withdraws after processing has started
- Incorrect or false information is provided by the candidate
- Delays are caused by third-party organizations or authorities
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to attend interviews or complete required steps
5. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed through the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted.
- Currency conversion rates may apply.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any dispute regarding payments or refunds, candidates are encouraged to contact us first.
We aim to resolve all issues amicably and fairly through internal review and communication.
